Established in 2005, the DogZone was the first, and is still the only “just daycare” facility in the area, offering a kennel and crate free environment. The DogZone stands alone in its dedication to each and every client that walks through our door. We are committed to providing your dog with a “non kennel” experience, lessening the stress and anxiety level and ensuring the overall well being and good time of a true “daycare” experience. The staff at the DogZone ensures that every dog attending is suitable for our daycare environment and will not accept clients “just for the money”. We are proud of our reputation as one of the most selective and trusted dog daycare facilities in the area.
DogZone Policy and Procedures:- All new dogs attend an “admittance” interview which allows us to meet your dog and for you to safely view the facility after hours.
- All dogs are on permanent probation, we reserve the right to dismiss any dog at any time if their behavior becomes unsuitable for a daycare environment.
- We stand by our no aggression policy. Any dog showing true dog to dog aggression will not be allowed to return to daycare.
- We ask that any dog showing signs of an abnormal stool or any other illness please refrain from attending daycare until they have been seen by a vet or symptoms have passed.
- Any dog diagnosed with parasitic infections, kennel cough and other contagious diseases will not be allowed to return to daycare until cleared by a vet……please see our DOG HEALTH page for more specific information.
- Although we take all necessary precautions to ensure your dog’s safety, scratches, tooth marks and other minor injuries may occur. As dogs will be dogs we ask that our clients be aware of this before attending daycare.
- Please don’t hesitate to ask the staff questions regarding any of our policies and procedures.
